Vegan buckwheat spread

2 cups of cooked buckwheat

3 cloves of garlic

half of an apple

1 small onion

1 tablespoon of mustard (english or dijon – up to you!)

fresh marjoram 

salt and pepper

Give an onion a fine chop and then on a low heat fry until golden. Cut the apple into small pieces (or just use a grater!) and add to the onion. 
One minute is fine, you just need it to warm up.

In a mixer, blitz the buckwheat, olive oil, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.

Then mix the onion mix with your buckwheat paste and you are ready to serve.
