Japanese speciality: miso soup with tofu
1 tablespoon Nori flakes
1 spring onion
50g white tofu
1 tablespoon Miso paste
In a small pot slowly heat water with Nori flakes, tofu cut into small cubes and spring onion. Heat up but don’t boil. All the ingredients must be thoroughly warm. Take a little bit of water and dissolve miso in it. Put back to the pot. Miso cannot be boiled otherwise it loses its taste and all the beneficial substances.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
