Gratin salad with tomatoes
a nice handful of mix leaf
salt and freshly ground pepper
1 TBSP of olive oil
small TBSP of balsamico
1 slice of bread (vegan)
1 TBSP of vegan butter
parsley, chives and basil
Crumb the bread and mix with butter, olive oil and then cook until golden brown. Mix with fresh cut herbs, salt and pepper.
Cut tomatoes to thicker slices and place them on a tray. Sprinkle the crumbs on the top and bake in the warm oven on 180°C about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile mix the leafs with the dresing from balsamico and olive oil, add salt and pepper.
Put tomatoes on the salad and serve.
