Vegan pancakes recipe is very easy and so fast. It is egg free and dairy free recipe.

Mix about 200ml of plant based milk (almond milk is a great option here), 2 tablespoons of caster sugar (can also be demerara sugar, muscovado or dark brown sugar), about 1 cup of self-raising flour, pinch of salt and vanilla extract.

The batter should be like the pancakes consinstency batter. If it is too thick, your vegan pancakes will take longer to cook.

You can store your vegan pancake mix in the fridge in the air-tight container up to 3 days. And whenever you will have a craving for vegan pancake, just pour the batter on the pan and let the magic happen!
