Warm salad from courgette and goat cheese

2 handfuls of rucola
1 courgette
basil, roughly cut
fresh goat cheese
pine nuts
olive oil

On a warm pan toast the pine nuts and set aside. Heat the table spoon of olive oil and add the courgette cut in to thin slices and basil.
Put the rucola on a plate, put courgette mix on a top, add the goat cheese and sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts.
