1 broccoli head
5 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper
Wash the whole broccoli and divide it into smaller pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
In the pot slowly simmer the potatoes, broccoli, garlic and salt with pepper until the broccoli is soft.
Then blitz the soup and add fresh basil, more garlic or parsley if you like.
If you are not a vegan, blitz the soup with a little bit of double cream.
